Customization exception

Products that you buy through this webshop are custom made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is final after successful payment.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it is possible that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@customcards.be From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
